The federal agency tasked with investigating gun crimes can now be accessed via a mobile app.
The app, reportit, which allows users to anonymously report tips, now connects directly to the ATF, according to the agency’s announcement.
“With reportit concerned citizens can report suspicious or unusual activities in real time while having the assurance that your identity will remain anonymous and confidential,” the ATF says.
The app allows users to submit a tip and attach a photo or video, and then the information is forwarded in real time. The time and location are also included in the tip. However, the ATF asks in cases of an emergency that users call 911

It's just a new wave of technology that lets them target some kid in Cornfield County instead of going in to inner city Chicago and actually making what might be a "difficult arrest."
It's not like they don't have enough potential criminals out there to go after, lets get your "Mrs Kravits" your neighbor to turn you in.

Buy a $50 iphone off craigslist, go to starbucks and use their wifi and download the app, and make many reports. Just the other day I saw someone with a biden harris bumper sticker and was immediately concerned that they were a danger both to themselves and those around them.
