Like someone already said, the atf doesn't write laws. Best they can do is scare someone
into surrendering them. This might get ugly. And I hope it does.

I*m no fan of the F Troop, but they didn*t write a new law. They determined that some FRT triggers don*t comply with current law. We may disagree. We have the facts. We can litigate those facts at $400 an hour against the limitless resources of the taxpayer. Hell, in 15 or 20 years after spending our life savings 300 times over we may even win.

Amen. Jared is an alarmist. But this boosts his YouTube views, comments etc which translate to more monetization money from YouTube. But many seem to think that he does this just as a "public service" posting.

I don't have any future data to calculate likelihood, doesn't change the fact that it's AN outcome. There are many other ways this could turn out. Laws are still interpreted by you, me and our peers in the end so there's that.
