Re: Question regarding carry safety in vehicles.
With it being summer I have been carrying a Glock 43 in my shorts pocket. But while driving it is useless, almost impossible for me to get to in a hurry. And with all of the car jacking and other violence, I have been using a small owb holster and making sure my T shirt and seat belt don’t cover it.

Re: Question regarding carry safety in vehicles.
I don't think a bumpy road is a safety issue for nearly any modern firearm in a decent holster. I think the bigger concern is handling the firearm every time you enter or exit the vehicle.
I know a lot of people don't like pocket carry (in a pocket holster) but this is one of those times when pocket carry excels. The gun usually stays in the holster, with trigger covered, when removing it from your body or putting it on your body. The Hostler

Re: Question regarding carry safety in vehicles.
Thank you for the inputs. Sounds like it won't be much of a problem.
Additional car mount is my best option considering driving comfort and quick access. LTCF in hand, really isn't concerned about police seeing it.

Re: Question regarding carry safety in vehicles.
PA doesn't have a "brandishing law", but we do have Terroristic Threats.
To brandish a gun, you must INTENTIONALLY display the gun in a threatening or menacing manner. Just merely having a gun around you is not brandishing. If it were, then anybody that carries openly, including cops and security officers, would be guilty of Terroristic Threats.RIP: SFN, 1861, twoeggsup, Lambo, jamesjo, JayBell, 32 Magnum, Pro2A, mrwildroot, dregan, Frenchy, Fragger, ungawa, Mtn Jack, Grapeshot, R.W.J., PennsyPlinker, Statkowski, Deanimator, roland, aubie515, SteveWag
