Never buy guns or parachutes based solely on price.
The USA is now a banana republic. Only without the bananas....or the Republic.

I had to stop carrying IWB due to some health issues. I tried to pocket carry the P365, but it's just too big and heavy to comfortably carry. It would have meant cinching my belt far more than I could safely, and even if I could the gun was still way too big.

The LCP Max is a decent gun. I load mine with a mix of Liberty Civil Defense and Underwood Xtreme Defender ammo. The gun runs fine with both. It's a little snappy and the trigger could be nicer, but I'm able to keep 12 rounds in COM at 10 yds and on a man size target out to 25.
The reason the Sig is heavier is because it carries a superior caliber.

I carried .380 for a bit. No more. 9mm is now my lowest acceptable carry caliber.

My PF9 is the same size as the P365, but is 5oz lighter. Both are 9mm. The LCP Max is still more comfortable to pocket carry than either. Compared to the PF9, it's a dream to shoot. As far as caliber goes, when it comes to handguns that don't start at 10mm or .357 magnum, there really isn't much difference. Shot placement is always more important.
