Re: Can Game Wardens Hang Trail Cameras on Your Private Property?
What if you are patterning your shotgun with a target a few yards in front of the trail camera, and miss the target entirely? So sad, so sorry?

Re: Can Game Wardens Hang Trail Cameras on Your Private Property?
How many poachers in the last 100 years have successfully beat a conviction because of the 4th amendment? I think we already have the answer to this lawsuit.

Re: Can Game Wardens Hang Trail Cameras on Your Private Property?
No agent or agency of the government is immune to the US Constitution.
The 4th amendment has no special clause for game wardens. They are agents of the government and therefore come under the restrictions for government officials under the US Constitution and specifically the 4th amendment. The lands and animals they are regulating do not belong to the King. The Constitution was specifically written to restrict the government not the people.Corruption is the default behavior of government officials. JPC

Right. Game warden immune to the US constitution. I don*t know the history of this legislation but it smells like typical PA. fudd law.
One thought would be the game warden is so poorly trained and so generally low brow, he doesn*t have the intellect to understand the constitution; let alone apply it to an *investigation*.Crusader's local #556 South Central Asia chapter

Find the cameras, chain a metal box over them with a picture of the woods in front of the camera and carry on with life.

Re: Can Game Wardens Hang Trail Cameras on Your Private Property?
I began hunting in 1949. It was well known then that game wardens could stop any vehicle and search it for violations or evidence of same. The handbook that was issued with the hunting license warned that it was illegal to possess venison after July 31st and wardens could enter a home and search the freezer and refrigerator. I often wondered how PGC agents could violate the US constitution, unaware of the sections posted by Noah.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.
