Default Browning BLR 308. Action adjustment?

I picked one of these up at a decent price and so far I am happy with it. Should be a fun deer rifle. I noticed the action to be decent but not ideal. Is there a way to adjust the action so it’s a little easier rack the next round? If not, it’s no biggie, as I’m sure I’ll get used to it.

The BLR action is considerably different from that of any other center fire lever gun, in that the BLR uses a "rack and pinion" design to drive the action. The most effective means of "slicking" a BLR is to polish contact surfaces, keep the gearing and boltway meticulously clean, and to lightly grease the gearing and oil the boltway. The polishing bit should be left to a gunsmith, but you can keep the action clean and lubricated.

Thanks Noah. So in order to do that, I would need to take the gun apart right? I’m pretty green with gunsmith work, so is there a diagram or step by step guide somewhere specific to this gun? I don’t want to take it apart to lubricate the inner components only to find that I damaged something internal or put something back together incorrectly. What would you recommend…
    Thanks
