I went today. The show was okay, not great. I was happy to see that there were primers for sale, albeit at outrageous prices still. Hopefully things will be back to normal before long.

There are some less outrageously priced than others. I saw some at like $150/1000 and some at $90/1000. I saw large differences in prices on many things this time around.

Organizers need to do a better job advertising. I like 5 minutes from Oaks and had no idea. I don't live on the forums. That digital sign on 422 is great and I caught a glimpse of it last week, but didn't catch the dates. Many commuters go in to work 3 days a week. I've worked from home for 12 years, so highway signs don't cut it.

I'm sure summer has to do with low attendance, but I hear other folks saying they weren't aware of the show.

I dunno, I was listening to one dealer rave about how good this show has been and he went on to say that it is the consistently the best show he sells at. As I said before, I found prices all over the place but I saw 115gr 9mm around $.30/ea and 124 gr slightly under that. I saw H&K pistols in good supply with some of them being priced to sell. I found .32 ACP for $25/box. By today's standards, all were good prices and I spent over $100 yesterday.

WMGK 102.9 ran a commercial for about a week.

The only thing I bought there was peanuts, unless you count the $13 admission. One guy in the second hall had a cut down 98 Mauser stock with no price. When I asked, price was $50. I didn't bother making a counter offer, just kept walking.
