I actually would think that would make it a big target for theft. Bostitch/milwaukee/dewalt markings are what criminals are looking for, the resale value is good. Tons of them on facebook marketplace for "impossibly cheap" prices, and the reason that my home depot is locking every power or air tool up. About the only thing you can walk out with is a hammer.

I would suggest not leaving it on a park bench while you go to the barber shop.
Would be a little harder to steal if it's in your control and/or not sitting out in the open unattended.

If it's really that much of a concern, glue a Crayola logo over the Bostitch logo. Problem solved.

This works pretty well for me, very discrete. I also have a soft guitar case that works very well for longer rifles, the 20" musket A1 as well as the Garand fits in it nicely, it has two shoulder straps for back carry, I have used it on the motorcycle for short range trips. The guys at the club get a chuckle when I pull up and I slide a Garand out of it

i've got a generic bag for a 24" uke that fits my 7" pistol with a 10rnder and has a pocket for a spare, as well as free space if i finally get around to foaming it and cutting some storage slots.

might consider a boring pelican case, or splurge for the barrel breakdown kit and the folding stock, go with an ar pistol length and you can probably throw it in a .30cal ammo can. no one would suspect a gun in an ammo can.

Truck fender interior looks great, except, PRNJ is way ahead of it and has already introduced a bill making gun-holding secret compartments in vehicles illegal. Not sure of its current status:

Gym bag and sew in some velcro, bungees, or other clasping mechanism to hold the upper/lower? Just thinking as an alternative to the music case idea.

I actually play guitar so that isn't out of character for me. I'm kind of unhappy with the savior guitar case as i said before. It is well built. But too big, too heavy, and i hate the type of foam they used. Plus it doesn't look like an actual case to me. Like it is too overbuilt in some ways. Has rollers on it. It is just too much. I know, nobody will notice. It 'looks cool'. But its actual functionality is not great. It isn't a cheap case. And perhaps most egregious, savior ships everything in a very prominently marked savior branded box.
