    Help me understand something. i have a copy of the bill and am looking at it. Under definition adding the following on page 4 it reads

    (D) A semiautomatic pistol that-

    (i) has a magazine that is not a fixed magazine

    Aren't pretty much all our modern semiautomatics Handguns not fixed?
