why is pennswoods classifieds down

I saw that too, cephas. Looks like this down time was from around 6:30PM on 1/22/2023 until just after 10PM on 1/25/2023. This is pretty quick for them to come back up after a failure! Usually, it's a week to a month!!!
Their servers running Apache/Linux are licensed under AMAZON.
And....Amazon doesn't like guns or any of those mean hurtful things. It may not be entirely the fault of whoever runs the site.

When did Pennswoods go back online? I used the site about 10 years, three months ago when I found one of the dogs I have now. I tried to look for things there a few times after that and it was always "down". I heard that they changed the name of it and I tried the new name and got logged in one time, but not since. It's been years since I've even tried to use the site. I figured they must have been shut down because of the rumored I heard about people using it to fence stolen goods.
I just checked and it's there, but apparently with a different name. Reviewing this thread I see that it's apparently been back online since about July of last year, but it looks like it's been spotty and not as reliable as we would hope.

It's "Rennug" now. "Gunner" spelled backwards.

You getting classified to come up? All I get is the home page and when I click on the classifieds I get nothing.

Says sight cant be reached. I wouldnt care but I had a few contacts I sold stuff too on there and I need to get ahold of one of them.

I just tried and couldn't get the classifieds to load. Here's the message I just got:
"This site can*t be reachedclassifieds.rennug.com took too long to respond.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT"

They definitely have problems that need to be worked on.
