why is pennswoods classifieds down

I just tried and couldn't get the classifieds to load. Here's the message I just got:
"This site can*t be reachedclassifieds.rennug.com took too long to respond.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT"

They definitely have problems that need to be worked on.

Its been down so long now I bet its never coming back.

Its a shame. I was on pennswoods back in the days of dial up.

Not sure but this has me floored i dont get what the issue is maybe someone should make a penswoods II because the website is seemis to be to be dead R.I.P. penswoods.net

A thread on "Hunting PA" states that Pennswood/Rennug was shut down by the "feds". Now I hate repeating what maybe total BS so I only add this link so you can read what other fellow Pennsylvania Outdoorsmen were discussing earlier this month.
Do I believe this is why the classifieds were shut down? No. Not really. Shutting down a public site would normally trigger a news release or something on the agency's web pages which I haven't seen. At least, not yet.
