Default Re: Where do I send the pink envelopes?

My Pink Envelope came back yesterday.
For some reason it went to Philly, where some jackass opened it and took out my check
My application came back with a "philadelphia" stamp on it and no doe tag, the tape was not pulled to seal it so I think the check was stolen to forge a new "pay to the order of" and check amount. My wife says this is a scam they have been pulling for a while now. the criminals bleach out the ink and forge new names and amounts
I took everything out of my account except $100 so if they try to cash a check it will bounce
But now the school tax check I sent in Tuesday will also bounce.
I tried to stop payment on the check and it costs $30 for each check
Criminals are fucking great. I hope the bastards that have my check crash their car into the Schuylkill by the art museum falls and drown on sewage real slow
another reason to make the purchase of doe tags to go on line

I got notified by email that I have my doe tag. I sent it Monday morning and got the tag by Wednesday. I've never had a problem in over 20 years of doing it this way. I like that you have to make the extra effort of mailing the application. People are lazy and forgetful so I get a doe tag every year. I'm not writing anyone.

people used to knap flint arrow heads to fill their bellies.
Now we have rifles with scopes that adjust for distance and elevation automagically.

The new generation hardly knows how to write a check or mail an envelope. Both work in my favor.

therin lies the problem, as older hunters drop off or drop out of the ranks the younger generations are not taking up the traditions of hunting and fishing. Sooner or later the land we have been fighting to keep and preserve will be sold off for McMansions due to not being in use.

My granddaughter is hooked. She sent in for her doe tags before I did. Last rifle season, she stayed out from dawn to dusk every day and it was pretty cold out. We stayed in a shack with no electricity or running water and she loved it.

my email receipt says that "carcass tags will continue to be required and only valid when printed on the HuntFishPA green license paper." so at some point you should get a green tag in the mail

I'm hoping it works out to giant bucks and multiple buck tags before I get too old. Our grand kids won't need land, they can do everything on VR in their bedroom. All the public land will be covered with solar panels and windmills or will be owned by China.
