I do as I always please. I don*t recognize the NFA because I*m not a felon or have criminal intention. But I*m my own manufacturer as well. If I WANT a specific item, I make it myself. Honestly though, I find suppressors rather useless. And although I*ve countless hours of use of many MG*s, I find them boring now. Not to mention the utter waste of ammunition! My job for a time was to instruct persons on MG use, it became unsatisfying. Watching shooter after shooter get all *giddy* about dumbing 300rds+ into the air! (And a few shots peppering paper).

No, give me a Semi any day. Precision, accuracy & thought. This is something Liberals don*t understand. Had the shooter in Las Vegas NOT used that stupid humility-bumps-bumba stock, the death toll would have likely been 4 fold! Thank The Lord that drugged animal, hired by the Democrat party, wasn*t any smarter than they are!

(Curious if you ever did, and were they registered? You think they are dumb, so it doesn't matter to you, so NFA doesn't matter even if others want them.)

#3: You are illegally manufacturing machine guns and posting about it on a publicly viewable forum. (Do as you want regardless of NFA laws.)

I kind of agree, I had a machine gun, yeah it was fun but thats about it.
I wouldn't pass one up at a really great price but, I'm saving for a minigun.
I have the money for a barrel.

Lets go for a middle ground. Tax stamp stays in place, you apply, pay for, and receive at your FFL using PICS, same as a regular firearm purchase.

908. Prohibited offensive weapons.

(a) Offense defined.--A person commits a misdemeanor of the first degree if, except as authorized by law, he makes repairs, sells, or otherwise deals in, uses, or possesses any offensive weapon.

(b) Exceptions.--

(1) It is a defense under this section for the defendant to prove by a preponderance of evidence that he possessed or dealt with the weapon solely as a curio or in a dramatic performance, or that, with the exception of a bomb, grenade or incendiary device, he complied with the National Firearms Act (26 U.S.C. § 5801 et seq.), or that he possessed it briefly in consequence of having found it or taken it from an aggressor, or under circumstances similarly negativing any intent or likelihood that the weapon would be used unlawfully.

(2) This section does not apply to police forensic firearms experts or police forensic firearms laboratories. Also exempt from this section are forensic firearms experts or forensic firearms laboratories operating in the ordinary course of business and engaged in lawful operation who notify in writing, on an annual basis, the chief or head of any police force or police department of a city, and, elsewhere, the sheriff of a county in which they are located, of the possession, type and use of offensive weapons.

(3) This section shall not apply to any person who makes, repairs, sells or otherwise deals in, uses or possesses any firearm for purposes not prohibited by the laws of this Commonwealth.

Not sure what youre saying. We can own large bore destructive devices, but we can*t own explosive destructive devices. So you can buy a 105mm howitzer and shoot solid projectiles out of it but you can*t shoot HE projectiles out of it. Either way you would need an FEL and approved storage magazine to buy the correct artillery grade powder for loading your cases.
