Default Unconstitutional NFA told to kick rocks!

Very interesting video here. Maybe that gun lawyer fella could take a look and give us his take.

I mean it would be nice if I got my $400.00 back and they just let me get my other suppressor ... and then I would buy more. See good for us good for the economy win win.

It'll never happen. The people that spent thousands wont let it happen.

Lets go for a middle ground. Tax stamp stays in place, you apply, pay for, and receive at your FFL using PICS, same as a regular firearm purchase.
Feds get their money, we get no wait.

I've spent many thousands, and I would gladly eat the $ if NFA (or at least FOPA) is repealed ...

I've been saying that for years, do a NICS check for the suppressor, get approved, pay for the suppressor and the $200 for the Feds to the FFL (he has to forward the $200 to the feds) walk out with the suppressor. I say NICS instead of PICS because the PSP does not consider a suppressor as a firearm so no PICS check is needed. But the Feds want the background check so the FFL would have to go NICS. The plus there is if an FFL can do a NICS on a suppressor, themnthat is more ammo to get rid of PICS - EXCEPT - the PSP wants that $2-$5 for each firearm.

He's referring to the ones who have hundreds of thousands invested in transferable machine guns, particularly the dealers who would essentially be ruined overnight if you could get new production MGs

I'll try to say this with an analogy.

If your dick was gold, would you sell it? What does the price of something you intend to own until the day you die influence your belief in an inalienable right? My convictions are not motivated nor influenced by greed.

Now the sad part is if the nfa goes away it will be the cost of ammunition that became the restriction on the exercise of liberty.

I sincerely believe that is the point of what you see today. Why else is every agency buy ammunition by the freight load?
