On an ongoing basis, you're probably right, but any type of event like this already has to have liability coverage, and the same is true for almost any venue and any size group.
The shooting clubs I belong to allow private groups to come use the range from time to time, and even though the clubs carry insurance, they require any incoming group to have their own coverage and sign liability waivers as a condition of use.
All that said, I'm sure a policy that extends for an entire year might cost more than coverage for a weekend concert. Even though the net headcount might actually be greater, it's for a much shorter time, and I assume that's a significant factor in the pricing for such things.Get your "Guns Save Lives" stickers today!
