I read the law as pertaining to any private property, not just businesses. It also applies to long guns as well. Make sure the your family consents before taking anything with you when visiting. Forget about bringing your rifle or shotgun into the hotel you might be staying at along the way to your hunting property. The commercial prohibitions though most impact cases where defensive use of firearms would be most likely.

And that's how they stop anyone from legally carrying, since they've made it illegal to carry anywhere besides businesses that are posted as being CCW friendly they've made basically impossible to go about normal business with a defensive pistol.

Because of the left the country is sliding into lawlessness. At some point the law abiding people will start enforcing the law themselves. What's the saying, "Is it time yet?"
