And that's how they stop anyone from legally carrying, since they've made it illegal to carry anywhere besides businesses that are posted as being CCW friendly they've made basically impossible to go about normal business with a defensive pistol.

Funny how our side wins the court case yet their side gets what they want.
And as usual, those that are now carrying guns illegally will continue to do so - in the subway, the park, and on the streets. Nothing changes for your average New Yorker, the criminals and the cops will still be armed, the law-abiding citizen won't.
Relationships between men and women can be difficult - but not impossible.

My in-laws live in upstate NY whom we visit a few times a year. We live in southern PA so I cannot carry on this trip at all. At least with some kind of NY permit I can at least carry through PA and on NY roads to their house.

I hope the rest of this gets overturned though.

"1984" is now a required introductory course to even begin understanding the dystopia we are now living in. These capricious politicians change their mind every 5 minutes; including health, liberty, biology, history. Democrats are literally redefining words out of existence. Seriously, this isn't drama across the street anymore. It's not just "lol look what NY is doing, sucks to be them". It's a tornado that's heading our way. And closing the tab, or turning off TV isn't going to make it disappear. Like Covid, where democrats had only 1 goal, ZERO covid; so is true with 2A. No guns. That's the goal. No more guns for citizens is what they want. They aren't going to say it outright that they want zero guns. It is going to be through their legislation.

I*m carrying everywhere I go anymore. I don*t follow illegal laws. NY is opening itself to lawsuits. Which people will win. In the end they will HAVE to issue new permits.. remember, before this, NO ONE outside of special interests could get a carry permit. No regular Joe at all! Now they will. It may take some doing, but they*ll have their permit. And the DEMONcrat animals running NY are going APESHIT about it! This is all desperate attempt on their part. It won*t hold up.

You suppose those lawsuits are going to make your prison cell more comfortable?
