    The woke virtue signaling continues.

Accept money. Deliver legal commerce items. That's all they have to do.

I didn't look hard - are they saying this for all states or just nanny states?

I didn't look hard into this either, but I'm going to wager a guess, that they have targeted the manufacturers/retailers that are known to sell these products regardless of what may be in the package or it's destination. Sounds like it's a "hey we won't any longer be doing business with you" period.

As mentioned above the contents don't have to be disclosed unless they meet certain criteria, and blocks of aluminum or plastic don't.

I doubt that they disclosed these contents. From the language of the letters UPS identified these Manufacturers/Retailers and terminated their accounts(perma-ban) regardless of contents or destinations,

most likely they went and looked them up online after being directed by places like moms demand action or everytown bullshit. At the end of the day it's bullshit, if they were doing anything illegal then the states that they supposedly violated the laws in would have sent them cease and desist letters. It's obviously Dem Guerrilla warfare.

Besides general virtue signalling, this might explain UPS' hardline BS stance on ghost guns. May be an omen of what's to come with regards to guns in general. Letter from Feinswine, Spartacus, and company, to trucking companies.

"For these reasons, we are concerned that shippers are not taking the necessary steps to protect firearm shipments and do their part in addressing the gun violence crisis facing this country."

I don't recall exactly (It's been a couple 2 -3 years since I got mine) but I believe mine came via USPS priority mail.

Won't that be ironic if the only way they can ship their legal products is via the .gov

Will UPS try the 'we can choose with whom we choose to do business' line?

Probably. There is nothing that says that they can't...unless those who are offended by the action declare 'no UPS' on future shipments and it's enough to affect their business.
