Does this decision do anything fix the absurd hoops that NY residents have to go through to obtain a firearm? $430 for a handgun in fee's alone and in person interview really makes owning a firearm a hardship on my poorer working class people, who probably don't live in a safe neighborhood to begin with, and who more likely need a gun.

PA LTCF folks needs to pave the way to overcome this. Under article 9, section 1, the *full faith and credit clause*, states must abide other court orders. It*s what the left pulled to get gay marriage national, and it can work for us. Considering in our commonwealth the sheriff is considered an *officer of the court*. If he makes the decision to issue an LTCF, it could be argued that was a court*s decision, thus it must stand in other states under the 9th amendment.

Unless perhaps you are a resident of PA and travel into other states like MD, NY or NJ who have been "may issue" states.
