Here's what happens with your "win". You carry in NYC. You get arrested and put in jail. After about 6 months to a year you get your court date where you use the court ruling as your defense. They let you out and it only costs you a couple hundred thousand dollars and 6 months in jail. Yeah!!!

Stand by for rapid legislation in NYS to prohibit firearms on subways, trains, buses, museums, entertainment/sports venues, etc.

I mostly agree with that but the point I was making was that we shouldn’t want “national reciprocity”, we should want carry concealed carry and open carry without any licensing or permitting required. I think no level of government should be able to “permit” us to exercise any of our rights.

Absolutely, in addition to mind blowing training and storage requirements etc.

It’s still a step in the right direction

PA LTCF folks needs to pave the way to overcome this. Under article 9, section 1, the *full faith and credit clause*, states must abide other court orders. It*s what the left pulled to get gay marriage national, and it can work for us. Considering in our commonwealth the sheriff is considered an *officer of the court*. If he makes the decision to issue an LTCF, it could be argued that was a court*s decision, thus it must stand in other states under the 9th amendment.

From CNN: 'The city will review its approach to defining *sensitive locations* where carrying a gun is banned, as well as the application process, Adams wrote.' That's NYC Mayor Eric Adams.

Imagine that. The SC overruled NY's gun control laws that have been in effective since about 1911 . And some say the SC is slow on some things. (sarc)

Other than celebrating the ruling, this has no bearing on residents of PA or any other shall issue state
