Curious. Doesn't PSP utilize a "Road Sergeant" that can respond to instances like officers pulling over a driver doing 113 mph and should have been cuffed and stuffed with car impounded freeing hte 2 officers to answer the pedestrian call?

Seeing red and blue lights and not slowing down and moving over is malice, whether for a fraction of a second. She is old enough to know that red and blue lights mean police. Also she should be charged with: § 2507. Criminal homicide of law enforcement officer.

    (a) Murder of a law enforcement officer of the first degree.--A person commits murder of a law enforcement officer of the first degree who intentionally kills a law enforcement officer while in the performance of duty knowing the victim is a law enforcement officer.

    "Pleaded"? Shouldn't that be pled?

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) * The woman who struck and killed two state troopers and a pedestrian on I-95 in South Philadelphia last year will spend nearly three decades behind bars after she pleaded guilty to three counts of third-degree murder and driving under the influence.

I wonder how many felons have moved to Philadelphia, just for their liberal courts, not enforcement policies and drug addiction assistance. Place has become a real enabled opportunists paradise.

113 mph. And they left to go to another incident? Isn't that considered reckless driving, and you are arrested, after sobriety check? Those troopers should be fired.

They had her pulled over when they got the call for a man walking on I-95. They let her go so they could deal with the guy walking on I-95. While dealing with the guy on I-95 she drove into them killing them.
