Republicans need to start passing "gun bills" with outlawing divisive CRT, LGBTQ and trans teachings in society and schools. These are the divisive BS policies creating an atmosphere of violence....

I would settle on passing bills that hold law makers personally liable for submitting unconstitutional bills

2680 labels any semi auto rifle capable of holding more then 5 rounds an assault rifle, require you to pass a written and physical test, requires sellers to have a separate room to administer the test, cert would only be good for 5 years and cost 30 bucks no including any training/test fee. at renewal you can be required to pass the objective test again and it will cost you 25. such a pile of crap

    Just like a poll tax.

If our only recourse for a politician proposing and passing blatantly unconstitutional laws is to go through the long and expensive legal process or voting them out, the system is broken. There needs to some sort of punitive measures to prevent them from constantly doing this. In the past the threat of having to face your constituents and the very real possibility that they would beat you to a pulp and/or burn down your house or even kill you was enough. That unspoken part of our democracy either needs brought back or updated for modern times.

After a mass shooting people who oppose any restrictions on weapons of war available to anyone with cash or credit say a lot of things, but one of the most frequent false comparisons is saying *Well, you can kill people with a car * why not restrict access to cars?*

We do restrict access to cars * and one way we do it is by requiring anyone wanting to drive a car in Pennsylvania to pass a test administered by a State Trooper to show that the driver knows how to safely operate a vehicle.

It*s time to do the same with semi-automatic assault rifles. Nobody is saying a legal citizen can*t own one, but we are saying it*s time owners understand the responsibilities, not just their rights.

My plan creates a Semi-Automatic Assault Rifle Safety Certification Course and requires successful completion before a person could purchase a semi-automatic assault rifle in Pennsylvania. It would not raise the legal age to purchase a semi-automatic assault rifle. It would simply ensure that people are properly trained to use a semi-automatic assault rifle before they may purchase one.

Please stand with me to make sure these weapons are only in the hands of people who can safely own and operate them so all citizens can feel more safe and secure.
That's just not true. I can buy a car and drive it all over my land all I want. No license, registration, or certification required. These idiots need to be called on this shit.
