I think the big conspiracy with Oaks is that they refuse to install car wash style showers to increase the sales of gas masks at the show.

My nose works pretty good the best I can tell and I only had this problem once. I was stuck in line out front downwind from a group of hoodrats who had showered in Brut 33.

I have no idea if all brass that leaves the Lake City Plant has to be headstamped with the LC. It's as simple as switching out the bunter on the machine to change the headstamp to Winchester.
