Anyone had a 90 day Eform approval ?

Has anyone had a 90 day Eform approval? SOT dealer I use told me they are sitting on a bunch of silencers with over 100 days waiting time. I am waiting on an approval for a silencer transfer to a corporation, that all ready has three registered to it . Eform submitted and received May13th 2022.

Eform 90 day promise just another Goverment lie ?

Nope - I did my first e-file in mid-February and I'm still waiting. I finally got 2 that I ordered back in September/October of last year using the old school/paper file method a few weeks ago.

Mine was 106 and that was certifying end of January.

So do, some don*t. My first two were 149 days each, one was approved and one disapproved for wrong birthdate. Had to refile that one and now I wait again.

I submitted a form 1 (eform) and it just came back approved today, on a sunday, 06-26-22.
Took about 10-14 days total.
(NOTE: Submitted as a trust not an individual)

Form1s seem to be faster than form 4s. My best form 1 was 6 days

I did a eform once. When the 14th month passed without a peep from .gov, I called.
I pushed the wrong button when submitting, so it was still there waiting for me to submit.
I got it a few weeks later. The person assisting me was actually nice and helpful.
