Most common and repeatable, is filling cases with powder, only to realize they're not primed yet.

Being new to shotshell reloading, my list is definitely growing and never ending. The most recent was flipping the chargebar/containers up to try to second pull on a stubborn decap and not wanting a double powder charge, only to realize 3 shells later that I forgot to flip it back down.

I have a Dillion RL550B. If you don't seat the primer tube properly and load a new batch you end up playing hide and seek on the floor with them. They can move quite a ways too.

Picked up the neck sizing die instead of the full resizer for loads that were meant for a semi-auto rifle.......after I got mad about it I then transitioned to feeling stupid!!!!!!

Not checking all powder charges and winding up with a squib.

This past summer I had my first 9mm reload squib. 1 out of 10k+ ain't bad I guess.

How hard was it to get out? What worries me the most about a potential squib is the thought that I might not catch it before it gets a follow-up. I'd like to load one just so I know what it sounds and feels like.

Most of the time a semi auto won't cycle. A revolver can usually stand shooting a bullet into a squib but it will vent a ton of gas at the cylinder gap.

They come out pretty easy from a hand gun. I used Kroll and a brass rod. I've been told not to use wood.
Never had one in a rifle.

Not reloading but a bonehead move. Used a wooden dowel on a squib in a longer barrel .44 and it cracked and broke in the barrel.
If in that situation don't add oil or lube hoping it'll help to get it out. What it'll do is usually make the wood swell.
One of those times I rattled off a whole paragraph of cuss words in one breath.
It ain't what they call you, it's what you answer to.
