Stop Mental Health, Backdoor Gun Control

The PA House may be voting on HB 2022 any day. This bill has several dangers for backdoor gun control and must be opposed:

Sets up massive, mental health bureaucracy in our schools
Student mental health records may end up in the new federal gun control framework that sets up expanded background checks for those under 21. These could create prohibitions based on an old diagnosis and for a lifetime. All without due process!
Creates an "opt-out" system with no confidentiality guarantees.

Sadly having to deal with Turncoat Toomey and Backdoor Bob Casey as my reps, i gave up on sending these letters. Same canned GFY responses every time, got tired of reading them.

This is a bill in the PA State legislature, not Congress. Send them all anyway.
