This is where I got my level IV ceramic plates and vest. I'd probably opt for a better vest but I can get that in the future.

Stock up on Level IV now. Make sure you fill that out on the form when joining a militia.

Even for the 1st American revolution in 1776, or the 2nd American revolution in 1860, the government never said "some of you citizens aren't easy enough to kill."

But that's what they're saying just before the 3rd starts.

Yes, mere possession of a piece of steel is illegal.

Just train differently. Its easy to defeat someone wearing body armor with proper shot placement and training. The on ly time traini9ng doesn't work is if the person has a body length shields, but that requires 2 hands and is heavy like a tank. So they need to stop blaming body armor for lack of training...

Shot placement matters when you're hunting deer standing stationary. When you have a team of terrorists running, you aim for center mass. No one seriously trains with headshots.

The police use rifles with red dots, start with legs, then head. We are talking lone wolf idiots(not groups of terrorists) with no training or life experience, almost as easy as deer.

EDIT Update: MPOETC mandates body armor training!

Just aim lower, aim for the belt buckle, you crack the pelvic bone and they drop, and are no longer mobile.
