    Dangerous. Might forget to remove the gun before bolting the crankcase back up to the block.

    LOL, would strip cast off & wrecked bycycles to build a few. Coffee can full would de-rust the re-useable components. After a week or so they looked like new.

    Took it apart and used evaporust. Everything seems to work fine now, but I haven't shot it yet.

    Slather some bondo on the pits, sand it down and paint it with krylon?
