Default Ran out of windage adjustment on AK

I took my PSA AK GF4 to the range today and it was shooting very left out of the box.

I pushed the cylinder front sight post to the left and my shots were moving right, closer to the X.

I adjusted the front sight post all the way left to the point where the post is almost touching the hood of the front sight, my shots were still slightly left.

This is the GF4 with the rear circle sight on the rear of the dust cover rail.

What can I do in this situation? I ran out of windage adjustment and it's still shooting slightly left. This was also happening when my friend shot it.

    This

Unless you plan to run optics, this needs to get fixed. It's likely your front sight is canted too far (maybe your rear, which is easier to fix). A front sight being drill and pinned off center needs serious work that you likely can't do at home.

If it's the rear sight, you can potentially remove the leaf and the file down the appropriate 'leg' to have it sit in it's slot more centrally. Compress the spring and remove the sight leaf and you'll see what I mean.

In other words - send it in.

Kentucky windage... I've used it on USMC rifle ranges at the 500 yard line.

No surprise to me here ! I really wanted to like and embrace the AK family of rifles, but every one of the three I've owned needed the front sight pushed way too far to the left or right to get it on target, on all but one the front trunions and gas blocks where straight and true the one Romy WASR I had to remove the front block and fix the cant to get it close to center in the front sight picture. This is the reason I have consolidated to the AR 15 for my family needs it also simplified the magazine and ammo inventory. The M1 Garand will be my 30 caliber "get off my lawn" weapon of choice

I'd send it back. But they aren't terrible to fix if you have a drill press, press the pins out , rotate the fsb, then drill to the next size pin. Just watch the detent for flash hider will pop out when you take the pens out
