    Going to waste my time saying this again:

    PMFs are NOT REQUIRED to be serialized by owners.

    PMFs going into the inventory of FFL's will require the FFL to mark them so don't sell/transfer them.

    You built the damn things, so why would you need a gunsmith to work on them? Don't do that either.
