The big picture is, never comply. Let them threaten all they want, I'm so over their games and threats.
Bumpstock is on my list as is a FRT trigger.
And there was nothing people could do about bumpstocks or braces either, and many just said 'oh, well, doesn't affect me.' We all know 'commenting periods' are a joke. ATF gonna ATF.

And the same mindset says 'CC issue doesn't affect me. I only use cash.'

I agree that online retailers could possibly find other payment methods. I've read that Zelle is supposed to be a reliable secure payment method, but I don't know how that would work when paying a business. I don't really know the answer.

Zelle offers ZERO protection against fraud. It is only to be used with people you trust. Be careful with websites that offer it as an option. It is a favorite of scammers.
    I am not a lawyer.

True, I was thinking of using it with known/reputable vendors.

You should stop saying that you built for a "neighbor"

Why, its legal. Had the lower transferred to him first, then built it. It took 3 weeks for all the parts to arrive.

We're going off topic, but that's a situation I have not considered. Can someone give a non FFL a finished receiver and parts, and have that non FFL 'build' a gun for him? If bogey1 is an FFL, irrelevant to him.
