The maxim does collapse smaller than the SB by about an inch to inch and a quarter. i might have been thinking about the troy pdw stock collapsing to end plate.

Double checked specs on both sites, it is the same brace. Only difference is the slightly shorter fully closed length on the maxim and a knurled castle nut. Brace portion is SB tactical all the way on both, stamped with maxim logo.

Jp makes a silent capture setup that works supposedly

So our government won't close or secure our border but an alphabet agency gets to pass law's at a whim like a person with multiple personalities🖕

guessing they are worried that they will get slapped around in court like they were with 80% till they changed the "law" overnight.

if atf has changed to jan23, what is the significance of jan23?
do certain judges vacate seats? does something else happen?

It's after the anniversary of the insurrection.

I foresee this being hit with legal challenges the instant it 'takes effect' and I see it going a lot farther - within the legal system - than any challenges to bump stocks did. At least I hope so, I should say.

Someone out there surely can find a judge willing to put a stay on this while challenges are crafted. There are just far too many of these in circulation and use and at least one or two of them were specifically approved previously by ATF, weren't they?

Whole thing is just a giant fishing expedition to see who is willing to comply.
Strange women lying in ponds, distributing swords, is no basis for a system of government.

hopefully it is just as big a fail as the NY Safe act registration failure.
