Ummm... a rifle with a 7" barrel requires a tax stamp.

    It's a truck-gun issue, given Pennsylvania LTCF's restrictive provisions.

And it's a simple, common sense issue that a rifle is far more unwieldy than a pistol for home defense.

    Whatever.
Someone let me know what they eventually decide is legal.
I'm not paying the gov $200 to "SBR" a fucking pistol brace.
If I have to cut the brace in half, I'll do that before I give those fuckers any money or fill out any paperwork.

Mine looks pretty cool without the brace, and I can use it just the same as if it had a brace.
It all boils down to money. Thats what they are after.

Well, what the video says is that the "amnesty" period is when you get to register the dildo-looking thing for free, supposedly. After that "amnesty," I guess you'll have to pay for the tax stamp.

    Oh. Gotcha.

Everyone knows that you don't get anything for "free" though.

For one, they get a nice list of doors to knock on when they change their minds again.

Fuck them. The entire reason I don't do SBR is because it's none of their business what anyone owns.
I'm not begging for permission to add a stock - I'll go without a stock or brace before I play that game.

And he gets away with it every damn day. For over 40 years (that we know of). Death would be too good for that devil.

Makes me wonder if I register a braced pistol with a free stamp under form 1 during the amnesty period, does it become a sbr, which I can then put a stock on it?
