    A few things:

    1) No.

    2) No requirements at all. 2A is absolute.

    3) Repubs should be introducing legislation to rescind the NFA.

According to the bill text, the Federal Firearm Licensing Act will require residents to complete a written firearm safety test and hands-on testing, which includes firing testing, to get the license to acquire a firearm.

The license will also require those wanting to buy a gun to submit a criminal background check, fingerprints, and proof of identity.
Since black people can't get ID to vote wouldn't this negatively affect black people.

What's bothersome about this and other attempts is that it costs those pushing it nothing.

I accept (agree with) your sarcasm, but it's not even a black thing...

There are countless crackahs who would fail a written firearms safety test and hands-on testing.

    How's that working out currently?

Yep. Booker wants New Jersey gun registration on a national level, although he only brings it up when there is a white shooter and/or such occurs at a school.
It does not work, based on the fact that New Jersey now wants ammo registration in addition to gun registration. If gun registration was truly enough...
But these are people who want to ban firearms.

The easiest way to control guns is to control the ammo... keep your eyes on this.

Similarly, controlling gasoline (by pricing it out of reach) is how dims plan to get rid of gasoline-powered vehicles.
