Default ATF 4 digit pin. Private?

Got a vm from LGS saying they are ready to certify my suppressors & they need my 4 digit ATF pin & username. I thought we weren't supposed to give that pin out.

contact LGS on known LGS store #
    "why?"
contact local atf branch on known atf branch #
    "why?"
    compare the answers.
i've never bought anything that required a special ATF permission slip. but that's my go-to for an answer to anything questionable.

You are not. If you’re using a trust you can certify remotely. Individual must be in person. The pin is confidential

I logged into my Silcenershop account & it says ready to certify contact dealer. Won't let me do it online

When I did mine, I contacted my dealer over the phone, they emailed me a link that let me see their computer, I reviewed the information and I entered my pin once I made sure it was correct. They could not see the numbers I entered, and we completed the whole thing while I was talking to them over the phone.

This is how it’s supposed to be done.

Don’t rely on the paperwork from silencer shop. Meaning the emails. If you’re dealer says it’s ready he’s the one submitting the forms to the atf. They are just using silencer shops system to do it

Got that cleared up and here we are with only 2 of my 3 suppressors certified. I don't understand why the 3rd isn't.
