Have a CAD file, need 3d printer in SEPA, and then a machinist
So long story short, I have an incredibly rare rifle (Z-M Weapons LR300) that uses a charging handle that is similar, but also different than a standard AR-15 charging handle. Mine was damaged, and I need one 3D printed out of plastic in order to test fit in my rifle.
I have a friend who also happens to have one of these rifles, and he helped me make this CAD file.
I would like to make sure that the measurements in the CAD fiIe are good to go; then I'll need a machinist to make one out of 7075T6 aluminum.
Does anyone have a 3D printer, and who is willing to print one out for me?
Also, does anyone have a recommendation for a machinist who can make something like this for me? I would want probably three of them.

There*s a FB group called Home machine shop. You may want to post this there and see of anyone wants to sign up for it.

If it really is pretty similar to an AR charging handle, maybe reach out to a local manufacturer of CHs to make them with the necessary mods. Geissle is just outside North Wales borough. They seem to be pretty corporate now with DoD contracts and major market share, but maybe you can tweak their interest in something rare.

Did you ever get anyone to print this for you?

I have a machine that would probably make the cuts if you can find the 'ist' to perform the work.

I have a pretty decent 3d printer in State College. I could make that charging handle for you. Let me know. Probably won't be functional since the heat would melt it after ~20 rounds.

A short run of a machined part like that would probably run you several hundred dollars per part (not including hard anodizing). You could try xometry.com or emachineshop.com, but be prepared for price shock.
