From the article linked below

Though doctors can legally recommend medical marijuana, hundreds of thousands of Pennsylvanians face arrest, prosecution and conviction for driving.

You have to subscribe to read the article. I'm good with getting a DUI if you are high. If you smoked two days prior and fail a piss test, that's insane.

Re: Medical Marijuana and Driving in PA
I looked for the "For Subscribers Only" before I posted, did not see it.
The article in part:
In Pennsylvania, people with any detectable amount in their system of marijuana or its metabolites * even ones that do not cause a high * are legally considered to be driving under the influence. The law does not include an exception for those who use medical cannabis.
So while approved physicians can legally recommend medical marijuana for conditions including epilepsy, multiple sclerosis and post-traumatic stress disorder, hundreds of thousands of patients face the risk of arrest, prosecution and conviction every time they drive. That*s regardless of whether they*re impaired.

Heres my take on it. Has anyone been to a bar lately? I haven't in the past two years.
People tell me a 12oz IPA draft is average 7bucks. Ok, who can afford to get drunk anymore?
DUI's must be down, now they have to start hammering you with something else.
Weed you smoked days ago.

I know a kid that had a bad accident about 10 years ago. 100% sober at time of accident BUT had THC in his system from almost a week before. Did 6 months for driving impaired even though it was a week before.
