    Same exact Delta-9 that the dispensaries sell in NJ, same exact Delta-9 the PA "medical" dispensaries in PA are selling. Because it's "hemp-derived" (regular weed is defined as hemp by the 2018 farm bill), it shouldn't even preclude firearms ownership or allow for a DUI under PA law if detected in a test. PA law says that "any detectable amount" of a Schedule 1 substance = DUI, but this is not a Schedule 1 Substance as defined by federal law.
