An investigation by KABB News in San Antonio reveals that police in China Grove, Texas seized guns from lawful citizens four years ago and still have not returned them.

In August of 2018, Brandy Napier and her husband Franklin were visiting family and shooting at a gun range in the city when her husband was pulled over for a minor traffic violation on the way back to their home in Seguin.

Not sure about Texas laws but having 3 pistols in view on your back seat doesn't sound smart without a LTCF. And I think there is more to this story like did they just leave the range or where they driving around all day and when they got pulled said they were at a range earlier. Legal or not it is clear the cops wanted them charged with something and but the DA couldn't think of anything. This is BS and they should get their guns back.
