Re: Legal Today -Will you be a felon tomorrow? ex post facto question
We are past the point where government respects laws, I don't think stuff like this is our biggest concern. If they don't like you they'll find something.
They even have minds but do not think. -Dov Fischer

Re: Legal Today -Will you be a felon tomorrow? ex post facto question
IF (note the bold) I was to become a felon tomorrow (in 120 days, whatever), what impetus do I have to continue following 'their' laws?
14" CQB with a can and a happy switch? Sure, why not?
Mounting a Ma-Deuce in the bed of my truck? Yeah, baby.
Going to the post office without locking up my EDC?
Cats and dogs sleeping in the same beds?
Unintended consequences, y'all. Have they considered them?

Re: Legal Today -Will you be a felon tomorrow? ex post facto question
Anodized aluminum i've been considering for a project went up $10 over night. Should I just buy 10 now? What about uppers? Buy them too? Will I not be able to get my future projects?

Well I was with you until you just jumped off the diving board into crazy!

OK, so to sidestep this "new regulation" legally, what if everyone used the same number to serialize their home built gun ? What if you micro stamped a serial number on the gun ? It would meet the new requirement .
Lower your expectations to zero and you'll never be disappointed.

I don't think the ruling affects individuals.
