New grips from Thailand already arrived - several weeks sooner than promised I really like the "S&W J frame like" grips but for Taurus with Taurus bull engraving too

I was judgmental when they arrived on the scene. Another Eurasian production that was priced right but would not shoot as well as the "brands" I grew up with. And then who the hell would work on it if ever the need arose.

A month ago a club buddy pulls one out of the range bag. He was shooting a Glock 19 and I was shootin a GP100. He loaded up the mag with 18 rounds and handed it to me. Factory iron sights.

The body of the silhouette was full of holes with none in the head. Distance of 9yds. Oh well, aim small, miss small.

Result, 17 face shots and one ear as fast as I could pull the very agreeable trigger. I described it as "a very easy pistol to shoot well."
