I'm a sucker for old ammo and/or crates Left is some sort of British ammo box with markings with 150+ rounds of 1951/2 303 Mark VII ammo. Right is Italian Breda M37 filled with feed strips. Junk to some, treasure to others - lol.

I have a "telephone box" I picked up from a customer.
US military - has stenciling on the side like an ammo can.
I just bought it because it was something I had never seen.
I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

Those Breda strip boxes with the eagle are painted by IMA, no originals exist like that, that I know of. I see them going for comical prices at auction sometimes.

Yes, sorry, box on right said it's Italian WWII but the eagle was modern addition made to look old. You're right about pricing - I paid $35 and the same thing is on GB for $950 from one guy - lol. I'm a sucker but not stupid .
One guy was selling one on GB a few weeks back with similar marking that he claimed was real for $150 - but I didn't believe it. Thanks!

Good, glad you got it for the going rate.

There is a long list of militaria related things I dont buy because I dont know enough about them to sort the originals from the reproductions and fakes.

Just got this Beretta Model 89 GS in pristine condition. I've always liked how they looked so I can't wait to get out to the range and shoot it.

Two years ago I purchased a pimptastic gun but Impact Guns was out of stock. They said they would fulfill the order and charge me when back in stock, but if price changed they may have to charge going rate. I received an email monthly for two years saying sorry, still out of stock, if you'd like to cancel order let them know. I just waited - figuring I'd never get it.
Today's email, "send us your ffl's license and we will ship - it's in stock. And surprised even though price has gone up $150 ish, they did not charge me any extra - got for the price 2 years ago ( ok, go ahead, I'm ready, most of you would have to get paid to take this gun not pay anyone else - lol ).
Behold my latest pimp gun - I'm dying...........................the gold, the engraving, the vz grips, now to get another clear plexi holster to keep it visible..............
