Curious what ya think. I bought the 3" Python several weeks ago, but never was a fan of the large grips. Ordered some small ones and they arrived today. I like them

I would prefer the larger grips. In my opinion the way they cover more of the frame just looks cleaner. That Python is beautiful.

Ahhh, days off and gun shop. Stumbled on this beauty. Love these S&W's. One owner, never fired, S&W 4506 with all original goodies including wax paper from mid 90's. Best part, got 'er for the price of a new Glock 19 - lol.

LOL. I know right! It came with the two, and I have a few from a 45 Tactical model I have so hopefully I'll only buy another if it's a "deal". Good luck I know! Thanks!

Been out of the gun game for a while. Working on this peach. 4th Street OCMD. And yes, I will trade guns for stays.

Congrats; they are very underappreciated pistols. ScotsGuards says these are the best pistols that nobody wants to buy. Personally I like them and find them to be very accurate shooters. I have a 4506 that doesn't have the "P17 Enfield" rear sight protectors.

    I third this.

I almost bought one of these new 3" Pythons but was very disappointed with the trigger pull and didn't feel like taking on another project and so passed.
