Picked this up a few days ago, X-Mas/birthday gift for myself. Colt 6721 LEA trade-in that I got from Surplus City. Not sure why somebody in law enforcement wanted an HBAR carbine, but apparently there was enough demand that Colt made them. Probably some administrator who was hit by the good idea fairy or something.

Regardless its my "go-to" rifle for the time being. It came with shiny old style six-hole CAR-15 handguards that I'm going to save for something else, along with a detachable carry handle. The Aimpoint and rear sight on this came off my previous go-to rifle, and the Surefire light I had sitting around. Replaced the original handguards with Magpul MOE handguards because I needed something to mount the light on and they were inexpensive. Honestly want to SBR this with a 11.5" barrel because that would look sweet.

I have a folding brace coming for one of hte VRF14's. Apparently a lot of vrf14's were sold, and the adapters and braces for them are out of stock everywhere because everyone is buying them. So my order is backordered.

Got back from the gunshop and a package on the steps.
Picked up the H&R at my gunshop. I enjoy 32 mag, and collect H&R's seeing I grew up a few miles down the highway from them This one is actually a NEF - what H&R turned into after bankruptcy and a model I haven't seen or heard about, a "Lady Ultra" - Nice.
And then delivered when I got home were my two anti-tank mines I don't know why I buy some of the shit I do - echoes what my wife keeps saying! But I thought it would be neat to partially bury them in the stone around my pool and wait for people's reaction! I'm sure my wife will make me remove them once she sees them - lol.
