I saw a Tik Tok on these - I know, but Tik Tok is addictive! American Oak Medium Toast. Folks swear by them. Drop them in a cheap or average bottle of your favorite Whiskey or Bourbon and in 4-6 weeks it will be as smooth and flavorful as a $100+ bottle. I'm a sucker so going to give it a try. One package does up to 3 gallons so for a 750ml you can break off "coils". We shall see! And of course, my EZ 9 is the gold accent version - no shock there - lol.

I season off tasting white liquor with the same thing.

They do leave some sediment. I like to strain mine via coffee filter before drinking.

My Beautiful Llama finally arrived from Spain. Factory engraved 38 Special. My buddy over there even sent me a video clip of it being used on Spanish nightly news for a special they were doing on guns after the Alec Baldwin shooting.
Took about a year to get here, but she is a beauty My Colt Diamondback arrived with it too!
And while at the shop, they just received a 3" Python for a customer who couldn't get it, so I helped them out Nice addition!

Nice! My personal preference is the Pythons look best with 3 or 4* barrels.

Just saw this. Nice find. I have the twin to it, but with a "27" mag.

FYI, if you attempt to remove the one-piece grip on that CZ27, BE VERY CAREFUL. That plastic is extremely brittle and breaks very readily. Original replacements are unobtanium, but re-pops are available at like $50 or so but look reproduction.

Finally bought a Webley Mk VI. Well, it's not mine yet. Got to wait until it gets to my FFL. Been wanting one for years. It's shaved for .45 ACP, so I'm hoping it wasn't shot loose by the previous owner using factory ammo. Always nervous buying guns online. Especially nervous about this one. Still can't wait.

It's missing the lanyard ring, so I've got to get a replacement. Doesn't seem hard to find, however. I also bought an adapter plate that will let me shoot .455 Webley. Now I just need to find some ammo...

This is the pic from the site where I purchased it.

Finally picked up my CZ P-01 (non Omega). Yes it's the one with the NSN. Excuse the dust - it still has the factory grease all over it which attracts fucking everything.

Sending it off to Cajun Gun Works soon as I get the ok from them to have their Pro kit, accu bushing and new sights installed. I'm debating getting the slide refinished with DLC while it's there. Have to pick up some new grips as well.

I was boarding a plane in Phoenix yesterday and got a call from Allegheny Gun Works that my Henry .44 came in.

I went today, filled out the paperwork, got the PICS done quickly ( maybe 5 min) and paid what they originally quoted me ( they initially gave me a "right now" price stating it could go up after it was ordered).

I had already ordered and received a large loop lever and scope mount.

The sales guy was apologetic in that they had no .44 ammo.
No worries I said as I had well over 500 rounds loaded enough to shoot for a while. My only other .44 is a Redhawk.

State game lands ranges don't reopen till the 8th of May so I'll ask my buddies neighbor if I can shoot on his 50 yard range.
Ill preface the question with an offering of Venison chops and ground elk.
    Hope that works.
