I just can't say no to a great deal on a Colt I have a 2" King Cobra already, but deal was too good to pass up. And I was surprised when I looked up the holster they threw in - thought it was a cheapy but sells for $80 on Amazon! A Tulster RATH. Never heard of them! I don't carry IWB but we shall see.......................

Very nice - congrats on the new truck, jcrowell72!

I really like the color as well! For trucks, I'm a lot like cruzans... I just happen to go plain (have a black 2018 Frontier now as our truck. Wanted to get a fullsize, but the deal was just perfect. I practically stole it and it only had 30,000mi excellent condition/etc.

For other cars, I've done everything from "Arktis Metallic" on a 335xi to "Thunder Gray" (which is blue, lol) on an XC90. I think the Tacomas have a buch of neat colors and you chose well!

Was recently in a liquidator/resale sort of store that featured a "corner" of crap from "two out of business gunsmiths" as the story went. There were several tubs of worthless crap (think: dried-out silicone gun cloths in deteriorated packaging, and those horrible C-thru scope mounts) but in one of them were six new in wrapper S&W factory magazines for the Model 2213 and 2214, like this one:

I got him talked down to $25 from $30.

For all six. $4.17 each. Maybe this should be in the "What made you smile today?" thread.

THEN YESTERDAY while on a day off, I stopped in a funshop and found a S&W 2213 with one mag, in the blue, zippered soft carrycase in the blue plastic hardcase; identical to this one:

That makes two Model 2213s and two Model 2214s (the latter is black/blue) in the stable. Time to finally get a couple .22 suppressors . . .

Sometimes, I wish my shop didn't "take care of me" so much - lol. I don't need another S&W 329 PD 44 mag, but they got one in that was too much for previous owner - a few shots and too much gun. Great price, yes please! This one is a little older than the one I already have and came with the plain wood S&W grips and the rubber ones, plus another bonus set. Can't say no to a deal
Then today, got my email from CMP my RGN came up and my second 1911 (first was round 1) is ready. Chose Field this time after getting a service round 1. Fingers crossed!

Somewhere around Clearfield county? They might have been stuff from Bob's army and navy, I've seen stuff from that auction at a few places.
