Advanced Usage of High Explosives Class: This 8-hour class focuses on the hands-on use of multiple delayed firings, directional charges, shape charges, penetrating water charges, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) of a suspected briefcase IED, and the construction and detonation of a real Claymore mine. The Advance Class will have a refresher training for the first 1 hour and then 7 hours of advanced training. Note: The intro Class is a prerequisite of the Advanced Usage class. Classes are limited to 15 students to allow every attendee the chance to handle, set up, and detonate multiple firings. Drinks and lunch will be provided.
