    Sorry, I meant to quote Tailbump. since we're both in Erie County. But thanks for the info. I seem to remember that they weren't really required anymore, but the form hasn't changed.

    Nope, no references required. The letter that came with my renewal specifically said they weren't required. I didn't put any on and they didn't say anything.

    I tried explaining this to my wife and she didn't get it.

    I definitely worry way more about the voting process then I do with people carrying guns.
