Registering to vote vs. renewing conceal carry permit

Nope, no references required. The letter that came with my renewal specifically said they weren't required. I didn't put any on and they didn't say anything.

Oh wait, they have it wrong. It should be the other way around! With a gun, I can probably kill a few folks before someone stops me. With a vote, well, just look around you!

I tried explaining this to my wife and she didn't get it.

I definitely worry way more about the voting process then I do with people carrying guns.
