I was in DC that day but not in or near the building. I constantly call and write my congress critters and my phone beeps every fifteen seconds when I use it (it seems to have reduced to one beep at the beginning of the calls lately). People think I'm tin foil hat when I talk about it but I have no doubts regarding what you are saying. I do not know if it's up his alley but I have nothing but good things to say about a Tom Wolpert in Royersford. I find his prices reasonable, he returns calls and is thorough in his work. He used to work alone but in the later years he has taken on a couple of associates. If you need his number, PM me but he should be easily found in the phone book
