Show isn't bad but I was looking for certain items I didn't find..but did see things I don't normally see... Lots of higher end Sigs, more HKs and even some Dan Wessons...

Lots of SDS and RIA 1911s...so hopefully they get new folks interested in the 1911 platform

How well set up is the show at 1PM in Friday? 50% vendors? 75%? 90%?

I guess this is too late to be useful, but the last time I went to the show on Friday (4 or 6 months ago), there were vendors that didn't have everything out until late in the day. I walked the show twice, and didn't find anything I needed until the 2nd time around.



I prepped for going to my nephew's birthday, only to have my sister tell me the party is the 10th, so I now have a big gap in my schedule. I'm hoping to find some IMR powder, and hopefully not at %250 of the 2020 price.

There was a decent amount of powder compared to last couple of shows. Ranged from $35 to $50 depending on type, which given the increase in wholesale prices seemed quite reasonable. There was even a decent quantity of primers available.

Still saw a lot of remaining over market pricing.

New Keltecs were the most obvious
RDB $795 at Backwoods $1050 elsewhere.
KS7 $579 at one place and $100-$200 more elsewhere.

Good $100 spreads on P320 and P365 series. Plenty available.

PICS seemed to be a mess ate the end last evening. 10 buyers waiting at just one vendor at closing and will have to go back today.

It can be hard to swallow the high prices on powder at the shows but they're not so bad if you factor in haz-mat shipping costs that go with your online purchases.

I was there on Friday...bought something from JSD...had to return it today and they swapped out a part for me and it still didn't resolve anything.

Anyone have a contact number for JSD Supply...I'm not asking for their number on their website since they are all at the show. Anyone have a cell number from one of them, so I can call. I really hate to make a third trip to the show.

May head up there tomorrow afternoon. Anyone selling AR lowers and, if you know, what kind of prices? Thinking about another AR build and also maybe picking up a Ruger LCR or SP101.

I couldn't find 8208XBR, but I found my 2nd choice, Accurate 2520, for $38/pound. Selection is improving some

Good amount of primers around. $120 or $150 is still a bit much for me. $615 for 5000, I think it was.

"Inexpensive" 9mm ball ammo still $20+/50.

I think it's Hall B, where the concessions are, that's packed almost too tight to move through. It's pretty warm inside, so plan accordingly.

I bought a new work bag, beef jerky, and .380 hollow points for my father in law. It wasn*t bad a show. There*s still a little to many booths of non gun stuff, but I still always enjoy killing time at the show. I thought the gun selection/prices (for my taste in firearms) was a little better at the previous show.
